Chanel seeks Client Marketing Manager in Frankfurt am Main to drive boutique client strategy, event management, and clienteling excellence across Germany.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement Chanel's client marketing strategy across Frankfurt and Düsseldorf boutiques in close collaboration with CRM and Fashion Marketing teams in Hamburg and the Europe region
- Support boutique teams in the adoption and application of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Direct boutique event planning and oversee successful execution of local and regional events
- Define clienteling objectives and relevant KPIs, including data analysis, reporting, and derivation of actionable plans
- Participate in cross-functional marketing and business development projects
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or university degree with relevant experience, ideally in luxury retail or marketing
- Positive personal presence with strong communication and team motivation skills in both direct and group settings
- Independent, analytical, and structured work approach with proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools
- Fluent German and English; additional languages preferred
