Chanel is hiring a Client Marketing Assistant internship in Paris for July 2023. Support boutique operations with CRM, digital tools, and event coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage customer loyalty program tracking, including vendor follow-ups, new customer onboarding, and monthly performance metric analysis
- Conduct client analysis (VIP segmentation) and maintain customer database records including birthday tracking
- Oversee customer gift inventory management and order tracking
- Monitor and maintain digital tools for sales associates and clients (iPads, iPhones), including downloads, updates, and vendor feedback collection
- Assist with team briefings and marketing activity meetings, preparing materials and information on client metrics
- Conduct competitive analysis on customer experience practices and trends
- Organize and manage boutique events, including vendor outreach, attendance tracking, guest list updates, and invitation distribution
- Gather and consolidate qualitative customer feedback from sales associates for loyalty actions and follow-up
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university program
- First professional experience in Retail or Marketing/CRM preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Fluent English proficiency
- Proficiency with computer systems and digital tools
- Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational rigor
Skills
Experience
A student or recent graduate with foundational experience in retail operations or marketing/CRM functions. Demonstrable interest in the fashion and luxury goods sector is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies at a business school or university program.
