Chanel Client Marketing Assistant internship (6 months) in Paris, starting January 2027. Support VIP events, customer engagement, and retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conceive, prepare, and execute VIP client events, including program definition, client list curation, vendor coordination, and operational day-of management
- Monitor and enhance customer knowledge and loyalty initiatives through staff training, performance metrics tracking, and clienteling program optimization
- Conduct customer analysis across product categories, customer typologies, and engagement levels to identify trends and opportunities
- Analyze key performance indicators related to customer experience, including mystery shopper feedback and satisfaction surveys
- Design and facilitate training workshops for sales teams focused on customer knowledge, engagement, and retention strategies
- Manage customer gift and CRM asset inventory and order fulfillment
- Prepare team briefs and information meetings on marketing activities, customer insights, and in-store experience initiatives
- Contribute to the conception and implementation of new projects and digital initiatives aimed at enhancing boutique and omnichannel customer experience
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent commerce program
- Strong interest in fashion and luxury retail
- First experience in retail operations and/or marketing preferred
- Fluent English speaker
- Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation abilities
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Skills
Experience
Preferably a first experience in retail or marketing environments; strong affinity for the fashion luxury sector.
Education
Currently pursuing studies at a business school or equivalent higher education program in commerce or marketing.
