Role & Responsibilities
- Support boutique client marketing and clienteling activities: prepare client communications, invitations and personalised outreach for VIP and regular clients.
- Maintain and update the boutique client database with accurate contact details, preferences, purchase history and event attendance.
- Assist in the coordination and operational delivery of in-store client events, private appointments and trunk shows, liaising with boutique sales teams and external vendors as needed.
- Prepare client dossiers, personalized follow-ups and gifting logistics to ensure consistent high-touch service.
- Produce basic CRM reports and sales follow-ups to inform boutique initiatives and client reactivation campaigns.
- Collaborate with merchandising and visual teams to ensure key client segments are informed of product launches and exclusive allocations.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Luxury Management, Business or a related discipline.
- Previous internship or work experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role, preferably within luxury or premium brands.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced boutique environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with a polished, client-focused demeanour and professional discretion.
