Chanel seeks Client Intelligence & Retail Analytics Manager in Hong Kong SAR to drive data-driven retail strategy and client insights across Asia-Pacific luxury boutiques.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven analytics frameworks to monitor and optimize retail performance across Chanel boutiques and authorized retail partners
- Design and maintain client intelligence systems that capture, analyze, and interpret customer behavior patterns, preferences, and purchasing trends
- Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to translate analytics insights into actionable retail strategies and targeted client engagement initiatives
- Manage reporting infrastructure and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators, client segmentation, and sales metrics
- Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to inform pricing strategies, product positioning, and retail assortment decisions
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance data quality, integration, and accessibility across retail channels and customer touchpoints
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in business analytics, data science, statistics, economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in retail analytics, client intelligence, business intelligence, or similar analytical role within luxury or premium retail environments
- Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale data manipulation and analysis
- Strong understanding of retail operations, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and omnichannel commerce
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills, with ability to translate complex data insights into executive-level recommendations

Experience
5+ years of professional experience in retail analytics, business intelligence, or client intelligence roles within luxury retail, premium brands, or high-end consumer goods environments. Proven track record of designing and implementing analytics solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, data science, analytics, statistics, economics, or related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred.
