Role & Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome each client upon arrival, adhering to the Maison's codes.
  • Engage with clients to understand the purpose of their visit and guide them to the appropriate contact or waiting area.
  • Enhance the client waiting experience using tools provided by the Maison.
  • Identify VIP clients and proactively offer additional services such as valet or connections with hotels and restaurants.
  • Ensure smooth client appointments through constant communication with sales advisors.
  • Manage and coordinate all client appointment channels, documenting outcomes and liaising with sales teams.
  • Facilitate engaging conversations, sharing the Maison's history and boutique specifics to spark client curiosity.
  • Promote local cultural and gastronomic activities to assist clients and support sales advisors.
  • Uphold the Maison's image and ensure the boutique's presentation is impeccable.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the client experience.
  • Participate in the animation of Morning Briefs.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in client-facing roles (hospitality, restaurants, animation, concierge services).

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and strong memory. Proactive with the ability to listen and adapt to situations. Prioritization skills. Storytelling ability to evoke emotions. Sensitivity to fashion and cultural openness. Fluency in English.

Experience

Candidates must have significant experience in client-facing roles, such as hospitality, restaurants, animation, or concierge services.
