Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and receive clients in the boutique with impeccable courtesy and discretion; manage in-person and telephone enquiries.
- Manage appointment scheduling and reservation logistics for private client consultations and VIP visits.
- Provide personalised concierge-style services and immediate support to the sales team during client interactions and visits.
- Maintain the boutique environment to brand standards, including presentation, flow and guest comfort.
- Record and update client information accurately in the client database/CRM; ensure confidentiality and data protection.
- Coordinate arrivals, cloakroom, VIP access and small in-store hospitality for clients and events.
- Escalate and resolve client requests or complaints promptly, liaising with store management as required.
Qualifications
- Proven client-facing experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality or boutique reception (preferably 1–3 years).
- Outstanding interpersonal manner, polished presentation and a service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organisation skills with the capacity to manage simultaneous client requests and appointments.
- Discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
- Comfortable using basic IT tools and client databases; accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Flexibility in working hours to cover store opening times, special events and peak periods.

Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail, five-star hospitality or high-end concierge services, with demonstrable service excellence and familiarity with boutique operations.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; vocational training in hospitality, tourism or retail is advantageous.
