Chanel internship: Client Experience Project Coordinator role in Paris, supporting omnichannel strategy across European Fragrance & Beauty markets (January 2027).
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition and deployment of Fragrance & Beauty customer experience journeys associated with priority product launches across European markets
- Support the rollout of in-store services, including treatment cabins and digital experiences, across Europe by assisting local markets with implementation
- Coordinate with markets on the execution of local events—boutique activations, runway shows, and pop-up experiences—including event concept development, customer journey mapping, and 360° communication strategy
- Conduct 360° campaign reviews across Europe by gathering, analyzing, and consolidating market feedback related to customer experience performance
- Track key performance indicators and market rollouts while monitoring the competitive landscape to identify continuous improvement opportunities and develop actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree from a business school, university, or equivalent institution
- Initial experience in customer marketing, customer experience, or project management within a Retail, Beauty, or Luxury environment preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously
- Customer-centric mindset with genuine curiosity about customer experience and digital innovation
- Analytical thinking with strong synthesis and communication abilities
- Proficiency in French and English
- Competence with Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
Experience
Ideally prior exposure to customer marketing, customer experience strategy, or project management within a Retail, Beauty, or Luxury environment. Strong ability to collaborate across international teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business school, university, or equivalent higher education institution.
