Chanel internship: Six-month Client Experience Project Coordinator role in Paris (Champs-Élysées), January 2027. Support boutique operations and customer experience initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee boutique service provider relationships and communications (concierge, valet services), including monthly invoice reconciliation and budget tracking
- Support implementation and adoption of customer reception tools across Paris and Southern France boutique networks
- Monitor mystery shopping results and client satisfaction scores; disseminate performance feedback to boutique teams
- Analyze customer feedback through Voice of Client program and synthesize insights into actionable reports
- Manage boutique location pages across Google My Business and store locator platforms
- Conduct competitive retail intelligence through boutique visits, online research, and social media monitoring
- Coordinate project presentations and support launch materials for new customer experience initiatives
Qualifications
- Graduate-level education in business, marketing, or equivalent discipline
- Demonstrated passion for luxury fashion and retail environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Fluent French language proficiency
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior retail or customer experience background preferred
