Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of fashion shows and bespoke client events, including itinerary planning for guests and gift preparation.
  • Support the distribution of invitations and in-room placements, as well as the preparation of makeup for makeup artists.
  • Verify and update supplier lists and create a photo directory of guests.
  • Aid in the creation of the Excel Fashion GPS document for collection coding and visual codification in the CLIC image database.
  • Conduct market analysis on Haute Couture houses.
  • Accompany photo sessions and update clients' digital wardrobes.
  • Organize event photos and client mementos through the application.
  • Assist in itinerary development within the application.
  • Package and ship client gifts, organize and inventory gift stock, and create wedding albums.
  • Collaborate with another intern on Haute Couture Week benchmarking and organize team meeting reports.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a Business School Master's program (minimum Bac +3).
  • Dynamic and responsive student.

Skills

Strong organizational skills, versatility, and excellent interpersonal abilities. Fluency in written and spoken English and French. Stress management skills. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Proficiency in Photoshop and Microsoft Office applications. Passion for fashion and a keen sense of trends.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in luxury fashion and client experience is essential.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School (Bac +3 minimum).
