Chanel in Madrid seeks a Client Engagement Specialist for a 9-month contract to manage VIP clienteling and CRM-driven experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage proactive outreach and personalised service for a portfolio of clients, with particular focus on high-value and VIP relationships.
- Coordinate appointments, private viewings and in-store experiences in close collaboration with boutique teams and sales advisors.
- Support activation of CRM-led campaigns by providing client segmentation insight, contact prioritisation and follow-up.
- Maintain and update client records with precision to ensure accurate profiling, purchase history and preferences.
- Organise and assist at client events, previews and appointments, ensuring a seamless, on-brand experience.
- Monitor and report on engagement KPIs and activity metrics to inform local CRM strategy and store performance.
- Act as a liaison between the boutique, regional CRM, and marketing teams to ensure consistency of messaging and service.
- Handle sensitive client information with the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in clienteling, customer relationship management or VIP service within luxury retail or fashion (recommended 2–4 years).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, diplomacy and a client-centric mindset.
- Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and collaborating across store and corporate teams.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver discreet, personalised service to high-net-worth clients.
- Flexible availability to support events, evenings or weekends as required by boutique activity.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2–4 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail, clienteling or CRM; proven track record managing VIP or HNW clients is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
