Chanel Parfums Beauté internship: Client Engagement Project Coordinator, Neuilly-sur-Seine. Support global CRM and loyalty initiatives starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and best practice analysis on VIC and loyalty programmes across global markets
- Coordinate and monitor market requests from Europe, China, Asia, US, UK and Korea, including scoping meetings, stakeholder communication, and market feedback delivery
- Create and maintain shared project management tools and documentation on SharePoint Websites and Monday platforms
- Contribute to strategic development of customer engagement initiatives and associated campaigns
- Organize and facilitate workshops with internal departments and regional market teams
- Support the Loyalty team in collaboration with Supply Chain departments
- Liaise between Client Intelligence and Client Communication teams to align customer assets with campaign initiatives
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school, university or equivalent with specialization in marketing and project management
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Strong aesthetic sensibility
- Excellent synthesis and analytical capabilities

Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing studies in marketing, business administration, or related discipline with demonstrated interest in customer relationship management and strategic project coordination within luxury or beauty sectors.
Education
Undergraduate degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school, university or equivalent, with specialization in marketing and project management.
