Chanel in Paris seeks a Client Engagement Project Assistant (Internship) for the France market — internship starting July 2026 supporting CRM and campaign execution.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Client Engagement Project Manager in planning and executing customer engagement initiatives for the French market.
- Coordinate project timelines, briefs and deliverables across marketing, retail, digital and CRM stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation: status reports, meeting agendas, minutes and action trackers.
- Contribute to campaign activation tasks including content validation, distribution scheduling and in-store coordination.
- Assist with basic data collection and performance reporting to measure campaign KPIs and client interaction metrics.
- Liaise with external suppliers and internal production teams to follow up on assets, launches and event logistics.
- Support QA of customer communications (email, SMS, in-store materials) and ensure brand compliance.
- Participate in post-campaign analysis and recommendations to refine customer journey initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Luxury Management or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in French is expected and professional working proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Impeccable organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to tight timelines.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to brand quality and tone.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Experience
Previous internship experience in marketing, CRM, retail or luxury goods is advantageous; experience supporting multi-channel campaigns and cross-functional teams preferred.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Luxury Management or related discipline.
