Role & Responsibilities
- Lead client development and clienteling activities for the Westfield UTC boutique, driving acquisition, retention and penetration of high-value clients.
- Develop and implement targeted outreach, appointment-driven selling and VIP event initiatives in alignment with regional CRM strategy.
- Coach and mentor sales consultants on bespoke client service, relationship management and conversion techniques to maximise lifetime value.
- Manage daily CRM hygiene, client data segmentation and the execution of personalised communications working closely with the regional CRM team.
- Own performance metrics for client development (appointments, conversion rates, average transaction value, retention) and deliver regular reporting to district leadership.
- Coordinate in-store VIP experiences and private appointments, ensuring brand standards of presentation and discretion for high-net-worth clients.
- Collaborate with merchandising and visual teams to ensure client-focused stock availability and personalised merchandising for VIP appointments.
- Represent the boutique at local events and cultivate external partnerships that expand the brand's client pipeline.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail clienteling or client development, ideally within haute couture, fine jewelry or premium beauty.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving client retention programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Ability to coach, inspire and develop a team of sales consultants to deliver elevated client experiences.

Experience
