Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and inspire team members on the selling floor to deliver elevated client experiences aligned with Chanel's standards
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity, mutual respect, feedback, and teamwork
- Provide initial and ongoing training in Chanel savoir faire, product details, and service delivery
- Lead the team with agility and resilience, using key performance indicators and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
