Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and inspire retail team members to deliver elevated client experiences on the selling floor
- Foster a positive working environment grounded in feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and collaborative teamwork
- Provide initial and ongoing training and development for all team members, including CHANEL savoir faire, product knowledge, and service delivery standards
- Lead team with agility and resilience, continuously improving performance based on key performance indicators and lessons learned
- Represent CHANEL in the marketplace by developing the client base through community involvement, partnerships with local high-profile businesses, and social and seasonal events
- Manage boutique image, operational standards, and in-store presence to drive business results and client satisfaction
- Report to and support the Boutique Director with critical business knowledge and operational insights
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related retail, hospitality, or client-facing management experience
- Demonstrated excellence in team leadership, coaching, and talent development
- Passion for the House of CHANEL, its heritage, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
- Strong understanding of and passion for elevated client experience and luxury service standards
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort navigating complexity and ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of related experience in retail management, luxury client services, hospitality, or business development within a high-end environment. Prior boutique management or client-facing leadership roles are preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 87,500 to USD 120,000 per annum.
