Chanel seeks a Business Analyst for its Customer Data Platform programme in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Internship, September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Comprehend and document technical and functional evolutions implemented on the Customer Data Platform, including MDM, DQM, C360, and integration layers
  • Analyse open issues and propose targeted solutions to address them collaboratively with the project team
  • Produce detailed and precise documentation on platform developments for circulation across technical and functional stakeholder groups
  • Communicate the impacts of platform changes to diverse stakeholders, assess context-specific implementation consequences, gather questions, and facilitate timely resolution
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Custodians, Legal, Security, Integration, Production, and Regional & Global Project managers to ensure comprehensive stakeholder engagement
  • Maintain current and accurate documentation of platform components and functionalities to support ongoing communications

Qualifications

  • Bac +5 or equivalent (University degree, Engineering school, or Business school)
  • Strong affinity for technical subjects and data-centric business challenges
  • Exceptional analytical and synthesis capabilities for complex and ambiguous subjects
  • Proficiency in written and oral communication, with demonstrated ability to present to diverse and senior audiences
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation development
  • Fluent English (required); French preferred
