Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a related customer care, client services, or luxury retail role
- Strong ability to empathize with clients and ensure customer-centric approach in all interactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with proactive mindset and ability to find creative solutions
- Flexibility to adapt to changing scenarios and resilience to handle challenging situations with composure
