Chanel Client Care Advisor – Dubai, 6-month mission. Luxury customer service role supporting discerning clientele.
Role & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
- Address and resolve client concerns with discretion and attention to detail
- Maintain comprehensive client records and interaction documentation
- Provide personalized product information and styling guidance to support client decisions
- Coordinate with retail and back-office teams to facilitate seamless service delivery
- Uphold Chanel brand values and heritage in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury brand customer service or client-facing roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic
- Fluency in French is highly desirable
- Ability to maintain strict discretion and confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with luxury market standards and clientele expectations

2 to 4 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium customer service environments.
Education
