Client & Retail Program Manager role at Chanel Singapore; drive retail strategy and client engagement programs for the luxury fashion brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated retail and client engagement programs aligned with Chanel's global brand standards
- Manage cross-functional collaboration between retail, marketing, clienteling, and operations teams
- Monitor program performance through key metrics and deliver regular reporting to senior management
- Coordinate boutique-level initiatives and ensure consistent implementation across all locations

Skills
Experience
5–7 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, client management, or retail program development, with demonstrated success in launching and scaling client-focused initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
