Chanel is hiring a Client Advisor — Watches & Fine Jewelry (FTC) in London at Selfridges. Fixed-term retail role delivering luxury client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, consultative service to an upscale clientele, building and maintaining long-term client relationships and client files.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, appointments and in-store interactions.
- Present and demonstrate watches and fine jewellery with impeccable product knowledge and attention to detail.
- Manage CRM records, reservations and follow-ups to ensure seamless post-sale service and repeat business.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, window displays, housekeeping and compliance with brand presentation guidelines.
- Support stock handling, inventory control and loss‑prevention procedures, including receiving, tagging and secure storage of high-value pieces.
- Coordinate repairs, after‑sales service and collaborations with in-house or third-party workshop partners as required.
- Collaborate with Selfridges teams and Chanel regional offices on campaigns, client events and private appointments.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably within watches, fine jewellery or high‑end accessories.
- Demonstrable ability to build and retain an affluent clientele through personalised service and proactive outreach.
- Exceptional presentation skills, numeracy and attention to detail when handling high-value merchandise.
- Strong communication skills, discretion and professional grooming consistent with Chanel’s standards.
- Right to work in the UK and flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.

Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience with demonstrated sales performance; direct experience with watches and fine jewellery strongly preferred.
Education
