Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor for its Tokyo boutique specializing in luxury women's fashion and accessories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales of women's ready-to-wear, handbags, leather goods, watches, and accessories to discerning clientele
- Maintain accurate inventory records and execute regular stock audits to ensure product availability and loss prevention
- Cultivate and manage customer relationships to foster loyalty and drive repeat business
- Manage merchandise display and maintain boutique standards in alignment with Chanel's visual guidelines
- Process transactions and provide exceptional post-sale service to uphold brand prestige
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Demonstrated sales experience in luxury fashion or premium retail environments
- Strong knowledge of fashion products, materials, and craftsmanship
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a boutique team
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion sales, or premium customer-facing roles is preferred. Demonstrated success in a boutique or showroom environment is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional fashion or retail training is valued.
