Chanel seeks a Client Advisor for Orlebar Brown in Los Cabos, Mexico to deliver luxury retail service and personalized styling guidance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client consultation and styling guidance tailored to individual preferences and occasions
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Orlebar Brown collections, product features, and the brand's heritage in British luxury beachwear
- Manage client transactions with professionalism and discretion, ensuring seamless payment processing
- Build and maintain relationships with clientele to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the retail environment reflects brand positioning
- Collaborate with store management on inventory awareness and stock maintenance
Qualifications
- Proven retail or luxury sales experience

Skills
Experience
