ERES Client Advisor role at Palacio de Hierro, Guadalajara. Luxury lingerie & swimwear specialist combining sales targets with personalized client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute consultative selling based on client needs assessment, lifestyle analysis, and style diagnosis
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets, conversion rates, units per transaction, and average ticket values
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across lingerie, swimwear, and beachwear collections
- Build and actively manage a personal client portfolio with strategic follow-up and post-sale engagement
- Conduct personalized post-purchase communication via calls, messages, and private appointments
- Master current and permanent collections; advise clients on fit, sizing, technical fabrics, and architectural construction
- Articulate ERES brand differentiators: minimalist design, precision tailoring, exclusive materials (Peau Douce), and Parisian sophistication
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain precise inventory controls
- Process transactions and administrative procedures accurately via POS systems
- Embody brand values of elegance, discretion, and excellence; maintain impeccable personal presentation aligned to ERES universe
- Monitor performance metrics including inventory accuracy and client satisfaction (NPS)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of proven retail or luxury fashion experience, preferably in premium lingerie, swimwear, or women's fashion sectors
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets
- Experience in department store environments
- Active client portfolio management experience
- Conversational English proficiency
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic Excel competency
- Fitting and personalized styling advisory knowledge (preferred)

Experience
2+ years in luxury fashion or premium retail, with demonstrated commercial success and active client portfolio management, ideally within department store or specialized lingerie environments
Education
Secondary education required; further qualification in fashion, luxury retail, or styling is advantageous
