Role & Responsibilities
- Sell Chanel fashion products with expertise and attentiveness to client needs
- Deliver premium service aligned with Chanel's luxury brand standards and guidelines
- Manage client relationships with thoughtfulness and consistency, fostering lasting engagement
- Maintain the boutique's visual presentation and uphold the highest standards of store maintenance
- Execute business partnership initiatives to drive optimal performance and sales outcomes
- Greet clients upon entry, provide personalized service guidance, verify inventory, and manage packaging and post-sale operations including system entry and care instructions
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in retail or luxury sales
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

- Availability for weekend work as required by store scheduling (five-day work week with potential weekend shifts)
