Chanel Beauty Advisor internship in Paris, France – 6-month seasonal role (July–December 2023) delivering luxury customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with the House values and brand positioning
- Optimize sales performance and revenue generation for assigned retail counter or boutique section
- Develop commercial potential within assigned territory or sales area
- Support occasional in-store beauty animations and promotional events
- Maintain customer relationship data and insights using CRM and client development tools
- Ensure compliance with merchandising and visual display standards
- Build emotional connections with clientele through sophisticated product storytelling and consultative selling
Qualifications
- Business school diploma or equivalent qualification in cosmetics, beauty, makeup, or sales
- Background in luxury hospitality, luxury travel, or customer-centric service environments preferred
- Demonstrated passion for beauty products and fragrance categories
- Proficiency in consultative and transactional sales techniques
- Fluency in English for client interactions
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- Proactive mindset with capacity for independent initiative and problem-solving
Skills
Experience
Preferably from luxury hospitality, luxury travel, high-end retail, or customer service excellence environments where client satisfaction is paramount. Demonstrated experience in beauty, makeup, or retail sales is advantageous.
Education
Business school diploma, beauty or makeup program certification, or equivalent sales and customer service qualification.
