Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver sales of Chanel fashion collections with expertise and personalized customer engagement
- Provide premium-level service that consistently exceeds customer expectations and reflects Chanel's service standards
- Manage customer relationships in accordance with Chanel brand guidelines, fostering emotional connections and loyalty
- Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and operational cleanliness
- Execute business partnerships and collaborative initiatives to drive revenue performance and boutique profitability
- Conduct reception, customized service guidance, inventory verification, product packaging, and post-sale operations including system entry and alteration process consultation
Qualifications

- Availability to work weekends as required by boutique scheduling
