Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new clients by converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors through energetic product engagement and brand storytelling
  • Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience and consistently exceed service expectations
  • Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach and personalized follow-up
  • Take in repairs and alterations while maintaining consistent communication with clients regarding service completion and delivery
