Chanel is hiring a Fashion Advisor in Dallas, TX to deliver personalised luxury client service and drive in‑store sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide an elevated, personalised client experience and bespoke styling advice for high‑net‑worth and regular clientele.
- Proactively generate sales and achieve individual and boutique targets through clienteling, appointment management and follow‑up.
- Maintain and update client records in the boutique CRM; manage outreach, appointments and after‑sales service with discretion.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across collections (ready‑to‑wear, leather goods, accessories, footwear and beauty) and advise on fit, styling and care.
- Execute visual merchandising and maintain boutique presentation standards, stockroom organisation and inventory accuracy.
- Process transactions, exchanges and returns accurately; ensure compliance with boutique cash‑handling and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Support in‑store events, private viewings and cross‑category sales initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in luxury retail, high‑end fashion or boutique sales with a demonstrable sales track record.
- Proven ability to build and retain a client portfolio through relationship management and proactive outreach.
- Impeccable professional presentation, excellent verbal communication and high standards of discretion.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods; residence or reliable commute to Dallas, TX.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with proven sales performance and client development skills.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or coursework in fashion, merchandising or business is advantageous.
