Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, discreet client service and cultivate long-term relationships with high-net-worth clientele through proactive outreach and personalised styling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, strategic upselling and cross-selling across apparel, accessories and related categories.
- Curate complete looks and provide personalised wardrobe consultations, including appointment-based fittings and personal shopping sessions.
- Maintain expert product knowledge of Chanel collections, materials and craftsmanship to articulate brand heritage and articulate value propositions.
- Collaborate closely with Saks Atlanta store leadership and Chanel wholesale/brand teams to execute merchandising directives, trunk shows and client events.
- Manage client records and follow-ups using clienteling best practices; ensure accurate recording of preferences and purchase history to drive repeat business.
- Support floor operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising standards, loss-prevention protocols and a refined in-store presentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in luxury retail or high-end department store sales with demonstrable achievement against sales KPIs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, service-oriented demeanour and ability to engage sophisticated clientele.
- Deep interest in fashion, strong styling instincts and a solid understanding of luxury product categories.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak shopping periods.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
