Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer engagement and product recommendations on the sales floor
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth sales processes and transaction completion
  • Provide attentive service throughout the customer purchase journey
  • Manage inventory organization, receiving, and shipping operations
  • Conduct product quality checks and customer order packaging
  • Receive customer inquiries and facilitate internal team communication to resolve issues

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of luxury or retail sales experience
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong service orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team-oriented approach with flexible and conscientious work ethic
  • Chinese language proficiency (HSK Level 4 or above) or business-level English proficiency preferred
  • Eligible to work in Korea without visa sponsorship
