Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver premium customer service across all client touchpoints, from greeting and styling consultation to transaction and post-sale engagement
- Manage inventory, process sales transactions, and handle product styling and alteration guidance in accordance with Chanel operational standards
- Maintain immaculate boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards reflecting the brand's luxury positioning
- Develop and sustain meaningful client relationships through thoughtful, consistent communication and personalized service
- Execute point-of-sale operations, including product entry into systems, transaction documentation, and gift wrapping and packaging
- Demonstrate brand ambassadorship by cultivating customer loyalty and consistently exceeding expectations in every interaction
Qualifications
- Entry-level candidates welcome; formal retail or luxury sales experience preferred
- Associate degree or higher educational attainment preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage diverse clientele
