Chanel is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer in Seoul, South Korea, to lead its information security strategy and ensure data protection.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy.
- Lead the information security team in identifying, managing, and mitigating security risks.
- Ensure compliance with local and international security standards and regulations.
- Oversee the protection of sensitive data and intellectual property.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate security measures into business processes.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments.
- Respond to and manage security incidents and breaches effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in information security management.
- In-depth knowledge of information security frameworks and standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are preferred.
