Chanel seeks a Food & Beverage Counter Chef in Montreal. Lead culinary operations and deliver luxury hospitality experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise food and beverage preparation and service at the counter
- Ensure consistency and quality of all culinary offerings according to Chanel's brand standards
- Manage inventory, food costs, and supplier relationships
- Train and develop front-line hospitality staff
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety compliance
- Collaborate with the broader culinary team on menu development and seasonal offerings
Qualifications
