Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve planned annual beauty and fragrance sales objectives and surpass targets through proactive initiatives
- Deliver superior customer service through consultation, demonstrating genuine interest, courtesy, and sincerity with each client
- Develop, motivate, and train counter staff to meet minimum transaction value thresholds; establish daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives
- Coordinate event execution and promotional activities in collaboration with the territory manager and store leadership to ensure success
- Maintain CHANEL hygiene and brand standards; actively participate in merchandising to ensure compliance with CHANEL style guides and promotional calendars
- Manage inventory for beauty and fragrance products, including stock rotation, availability tracking, and shortfall identification
- Assist the cosmetics manager in scheduling to ensure appropriate counter coverage at all times
- Participate in regular meetings with counter team, store management, territory manager, and visual merchandising team
- Conduct individual and team meetings to establish sales objectives, review performance metrics, and provide coaching
Qualifications
- Proven retail or luxury beauty counter experience
- Strong sales ability with track record of exceeding targets
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building capability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of prestige beauty and fragrance products
- Proficiency with retail systems and inventory management
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of progressive retail or beauty counter experience, preferably in a luxury or prestige brand environment, with demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and leading small teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or beauty industry training is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
