- Track project timelines, manage action logs, and escalate risks to ensure on-time delivery of certifications.
- Compile status reports, maintain the certification database, and contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives for certification workflows.
- Assist during internal and external audits and participate in the definition of corrective actions and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in textile engineering, materials science, product development, quality management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in product safety, regulatory compliance and certification processes within fashion or consumer goods.
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with attention to technical detail and accuracy when handling specifications and test reports.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to engage professionally with internal teams and external laboratories.

Experience
Previous internship experience or project work in product development, quality, compliance or project coordination is highly desirable. Experience interacting with testing laboratories or managing regulatory dossiers is an advantage.
Education
