Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate global celebrity activities for Fashion and Fragrance-Beauty divisions.
- Manage logistics for Chanel ambassadors and celebrities, including event invitations, travel, and accommodations.
- Participate in on-site event management when possible.
- Oversee back-office project management, including internal and external orders and invoicing.
- Coordinate gifting strategies for celebrities and ambassadors, including fragrance, beauty products, and fashion items.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English; additional languages are highly valued.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in event coordination or celebrity relations is preferred.
