Chanel internship in Paris: Celebrity Activations Assistant role supporting luxury fashion campaigns and VIP initiatives, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the execution and coordination of all celebrity activation projects in France and internationally
- Manage back-office operations including billing, vendor follow-up, and internal finance control coordination
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking of competitor content and celebrity partnerships
- Coordinate schedules and timelines across worldwide markets and the Celebrity Department to ensure seamless project logistics and event planning
- Support the implementation of media studies by coordinating between markets, managing service providers, and analyzing results
- Prepare illustrated project documentation for internal stakeholder presentations
- Monitor and support VIP boutique experience initiatives and related customer engagement programs
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of fashion, business, or communication studies program (or equivalent)
- Prior experience in fashion, luxury, or related creative industry
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Keynote
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Self-directed work ethic with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Demonstrated sensitivity to fashion and the arts
Skills
Experience
First professional experience in the fashion or luxury sector is required. Exposure to fashion activism, celebrity partnerships, or event production is valued.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies at a fashion, business, or communication school (or equivalent qualification).
