Chanel Cashier position in Vancouver, BC. Full-time role processing transactions, managing wrap stations, and delivering luxury customer service. $56,500 CAD + bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Process transactions at cash stations with precision and efficiency
  • Prepare and stock cash and wrap stations as required
  • Prepare packaging and execute gift wrapping services for client parcels
  • Deliver prompt and courteous customer service to clients, colleagues, and management
  • Document and relay client messages and requests to Fashion Advisors in a timely manner
  • Answer phones professionally and respond to internal and external inquiries with accuracy and promptness
  • Maintain strong client relationships and keep clients informed of relevant information
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management across boutiques and Chanel Head Office
  • Ensure absolute confidentiality of company commercial activities and internal affairs
  • Support boutique operations in both front-of-house and administrative capacities

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of demonstrated customer service experience
  • Retail operations or phone customer service experience is advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Flexibility to accommodate retail business hours, including weekends and extended hours as required
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different departments and teams
  • Fluency in English; French or additional languages are preferred

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is CAD 56,500 per annum.
