Chanel seeks Cashier Supervisor for Paris flagship boutique. Lead team, manage POS operations, deliver luxury client experience. Permanent role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and support the cashier team, coordinating all activities and fostering collaboration through clear information-sharing
- Ensure comprehensive understanding and deployment of the Maison's strategic vision across the team
- Manage boutique scheduling, time-tracking, and resource planning to support operational objectives
- Coach and mentor team members on the sales floor, conducting daily briefings and performance support
- Uphold brand standards by ensuring adherence to the Boutique Charter and maintaining impeccable store presentation
- Deliver warm, personalized client experiences and oversee post-visit client satisfaction
- Master and implement Chanel's cash handling, tax-free refund procedures, and internal regulations
- Monitor client account balances and coordinate with accounting departments
- Execute point-of-sale operations using retail systems, manage payment methods, and handle complex transactional scenarios
- Manage client data entry in compliance with established protocols
- Represent the boutique at internal meetings and forums
- Proactively develop action plans to achieve departmental performance targets

- Proven expertise in cash management and strong technical retail competencies
- Demonstrated ability to respond swiftly to challenges and identify solutions
- Natural leadership capability with capacity to unite and motivate teams
- Sensitivity to fashion and cultural awareness
- Fluent English language proficiency
