Role & Responsibilities

• Greet each client with generosity, attentiveness, and professionalism, embodying Chanel's excellence in customer relations
• Develop personalized relationships with clients by anticipating their needs and creating memorable boutique moments
• Uphold and promote the Chanel boutique charter, ensuring impeccable and warm service throughout the transaction process
• Collect client feedback and actively participate in implementing tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction
• Apply rigorous adherence to internal and legal procedures governing transactions, security, and financial flows
• Ensure transaction compliance and respect for Chanel's checkout and tax-free policies
• Monitor proper use of IT systems and tools, alerting management to malfunctions or anomalies
• Manage checkout-related administrative duties including openings, closings, variance tracking, and legal documentation with precision and compliance
• Participate actively in checkout meetings, sharing observations and best practices to continuously improve customer experience and processes
• Lead or co-lead briefings to inform and align teams around checkout objectives and priorities
• Collaborate closely with sales and stock teams to ensure optimal customer flow and seamless retail operations
• Champion RSE (corporate social responsibility) initiatives, including waste reduction, selective sorting, and solidarity actions aligned with Chanel's sustainability commitments
• Foster a culture of mutual support, respect, and shared excellence within the boutique team

Qualifications

• First successful experience as a cashier in Fashion or Luxury retail
• Proven ability to handle urgency and identify solutions
• Proactive mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to evolving environments
• Strong organizational and methodical approach with demonstrated versatility
• Sensitivity to fashion and openness to cultural diversity
• Fluent English
