Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with generosity and continuity throughout their boutique journey, maintaining alignment with Chanel's boutique charter
- Deliver a bespoke, warm, and refined checkout experience that reflects the brand's luxury positioning
- Execute all point-of-sale transactions with technical proficiency, including daily cash opening and closing procedures
- Master and apply Chanel's internal protocols for payment processing, tax-free sales, and regulatory compliance
- Manage client loyalty programs and customer database with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proactively address client inquiries and concerns following their purchase, ensuring sustained satisfaction

Qualifications
- Tertiary education in accounting, finance, or business management
