Role & Responsibilities
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process sales, returns and exchanges accurately across cash, card and digital payments.
- Deliver polished, personalised client service consistent with Chanel’s luxury standards, including product presentation and gift-wrapping.
- Manage cash handling and daily cash reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls and security procedures.
- Support the sales team with client enquiries, appointment coordination and follow-up to maximise client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain boutique presentation standards, assist with basic merchandising tasks and report stock discrepancies or client feedback to management.
- Adhere to company policies on data protection, loss prevention and visual identity at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in luxury or premium brands (1+ years recommended).
- Strong numeracy and meticulous attention to detail in cash handling and reconciliation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude and professional discretion.
- High level of reliability, integrity and ability to follow security procedures.
- Fluent French is typically expected for Paris roles; additional languages are an asset.
