Role & Responsibilities
- Process all transactions at point of sale and manage daily cash opening and closing procedures
- Master and apply Chanel's internal regulations and procedures regarding payment processing and tax-exemption protocols
- Maintain and manage client records and customer relationship data
- Deliver impeccable service quality by creating a distinctive customer experience throughout the entire payment process
- Foster team collaboration by ensuring consistent information sharing and coordination with retail staff
Qualifications
- Prior professional experience as a cashier within luxury fashion or high-end retail environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of Chanel product lines and luxury brand standards
- Fluent English proficiency and competency in at least one additional foreign language
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and proven capacity for accurate financial transactions
- Refined customer service skills and comfort in multicultural environments
