Role & Responsibilities

- Deliver a personalized and exceptional customer experience.
- Seek solutions and clearly explain payment procedures to clients.
- Address client inquiries post-visit to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Ensure impeccable service quality throughout the payment process.
- Perform all cash transactions and manage the opening and closing of the cash register daily.
- Master and apply Chanel's internal payment regulations and tax refund procedures.
- Maintain and update client loyalty records and databases.
- Promote collaboration by sharing relevant information with team members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cashier in the fashion or luxury sector.
Skills

A successful track record as a cashier within the fashion or luxury industry is required.
