Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with attentiveness and grace as they complete their purchase journey through the boutique
- Process cash receipts and payment transactions using proper systems and procedures, including tax exemption handling
- Maintain accurate client records by entering information in compliance with established protocols
- Co-manage the boutique's operational standards and procedures to ensure alignment with Chanel's luxury service benchmarks
- Offer bespoke and consultative service, taking time to explain procedures and address client queries with professionalism
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships, providing continuity and support beyond the boutique visit
- Collaborate seamlessly with boutique teams across all métiers to elevate the collective client experience
- Participate in daily team briefings and contribute constructive suggestions for procedural refinement and service enhancement
- Master and apply Chanel's cash collection and tax exemption regulations across diverse business scenarios

Qualifications
- Minimum one year of professional cashier or payment processing experience in a retail or luxury environment
