Role & Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently via point-of-sale systems
- Reconcile cash drawer and verify monetary accuracy at shift close
- Maintain confidentiality regarding customer transactions and personal information
- Greet customers with warmth and assist with payment inquiries
- Uphold Chanel's premium service standards and brand values
- Report discrepancies and anomalies to management immediately
Qualifications
- Experience operating electronic cash registers or POS systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Professional demeanor and discretion in handling sensitive transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
- Fluency in Spanish and English
