Role & Responsibilities

• Provide cashier service to boutique clients and reconcile payments against daily sales.
• Arrive on time and ready to begin work before the scheduled shift; adhere to the CHANEL Charter’s dress code, grooming and conduct guidelines.
• Deliver a luxury customer experience in line with Client Service Values; greet customers and provide cashier service and product information as required.
• Follow Standard Operational Procedures.
• Process cash, credit card, check and other payment transactions in local or foreign currencies.
• Process exchanges, refunds and credit notes in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
• Reconcile daily transactions against cash and other balances, maintain adequate counter cash flow, and verify amounts at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Accurately enter transaction and client information into the system and invoices.
• Consolidate sales and related information, including sales, stock movement and customer reports, for management.
• Maintain alertness in carrying out job duties.
• Support boutique operations through gift wrapping and other assigned ad hoc duties.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management in the boutique and other boutiques, and with CHANEL Head Office as required.
• Work efficiently as part of the team, share ideas, contribute to positive morale, manage time well and ensure adequate boutique coverage.
• Treat colleagues helpfully and courteously, remaining reliable, supportive and flexible as business needs require.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the company’s commercial activities and internal affairs.
• Complete assigned training and apply high standards of selling skills and product knowledge.
• Participate actively and positively in arranged meetings.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related experience, including knowledge of cash register operation.
• A university degree is required.
• Team-focused, with a desire to collaborate effectively.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work shifts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good numerical sense, attention to detail and high accuracy in payment handling.
• Fluent Turkish and English are required.

University degree required.
