Chanel seeks a Cashier for its Geneva boutique on a 5-month fixed-term contract starting mid-November, Geneva, Switzerland.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process all cash transactions and manage till opening and closing procedures
- Apply Chanel's internal regulations and procedures for cash handling and tax-free sales
- Manage client database and customer information
- Deliver impeccable service quality and create a unique experience for each client throughout the checkout process
- Foster team collaboration through effective information sharing
Qualifications
- Proven prior experience as a Cashier in fashion and luxury retail
- Knowledge of Chanel product lines
- Prior employment with a major luxury retailer
- Fluent English proficiency
- Proficiency in at least one additional foreign language
- Recognized for reliability, attention to detail, and service excellence
- Comfortable in multicultural environments
