Chanel is hiring a Cashier and Telephone Support Associate in North York. Deliver luxury client service via POS and phone support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all payments and refunds are recorded correctly
- Answer incoming client telephone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Chanel products, pricing, and service offerings to respond to client questions
- Manage appointment scheduling and client callbacks as required
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all client interactions
- Assist with cash reconciliation and till management at shift close
- Provide exceptional client service that aligns with Chanel's luxury brand positioning
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing customer support
- Demonstrated proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
- Excellent telephone communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling client information
Skills
Experience
2–3 years of relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or client support, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent); additional retail or customer service certifications are advantageous.
