Chanel Paris seeks a Campus Relations Assistant (Alternance) to support school partnerships and campus recruitment for September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Campus Manager in designing and executing campus recruitment and school partnership strategies.
  • Coordinate relationships with universities, grandes écoles and professional training centres, acting as primary point of contact for academic partners.
  • Organise and staff recruitment events, employer-branding activities, information sessions and assessment days on campus and at Chanel premises.
  • Manage candidate communications and administrative workflows for internships, alternance contracts and early-career programmes.
  • Maintain and update databases and reporting on candidate pipelines, event metrics and recruitment KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People teams and hiring managers to align selection processes and onboarding timelines.
  • Produce presentation materials, briefing notes and post-event reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal data protection standards when handling candidate information.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related discipline (required for alternance).
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional presentation and event-hosting capability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external academic partners.
  • Discretion and respect for confidential information; high standards of professionalism.
  • Prior internship or student experience in recruitment, campus relations, HR or events is a plus.
