Chanel seeks a Campaign and Operations Transformation Project Manager in Paris to lead strategic initiatives for Perfumes & Beauty. Contract role, September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale operational transformation projects across European markets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives with operational efficiency goals
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular progress updates to executive stakeholders
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance operational performance
- Manage stakeholder communications and ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-functional transformation projects in luxury or beauty sectors

Skills
Experience
5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or business transformation, preferably within the luxury goods, beauty, or fragrance industries. Demonstrated success managing complex initiatives in European or international environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
