Chanel Paris: 6-month fixed-term Campaign & Operations Transformation Project Manager role in Fragrance & Beauty, September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Centralise and streamline the campaign allocation process by anticipating, optimising, and prioritising market allocations in coordination with business teams
- Establish consolidated campaign sell-through tracking by market and develop reporting systems to support sound allocation decisions
- Ensure leadtime compliance by communicating monthly release plans and coordinating with Europe on product and POS-material availability
- Drive adoption of the new allocation tool by defining management rules, establishing best practices, and guiding teams through the change process
- Support the migration of the point-of-sale database to a new system by improving data reliability, ensuring effective data governance, and training end users
- Optimise POS-material tracking from forecast through client invoicing
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) ideally in Supply Chain, data analytics, or business management
- Proven experience in Supply Chain or allocation, preferably within retail or luxury sectors
- Analytical and pragmatic mindset with demonstrated rigour and ability to manage competing priorities in demanding environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Query, with familiarity in Power BI and SAP valued
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Fluency in both French and English
Skills
Experience
Confirmed experience in Supply Chain or allocation management, preferably within a retail or luxury environment. Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple markets and stakeholders in a complex, international setting. Prior exposure to campaign operations, inventory allocation, and data-driven decision-making is highly valued.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5), ideally with specialisation in Supply Chain, data analytics, or business management.
