Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise the continuous evolution of existing systems by gathering business requirements, analyzing impacts on operational processes, validating priorities, and coordinating implementation with technology teams
  • Ensure consistency of data and processes across systems across all Ready-to-Wear Operations teams
  • Guarantee user adoption of systems and raise awareness of upstream and downstream impacts of operational actions on the entire supply chain
  • Support IT teams in understanding, qualifying, and resolving user requests to maintain high service levels and implement long-term action plans for recurring incidents
  • Define functional requirements and associated business processes for integration of new operational scope and processes into information systems
  • Represent the needs, priorities, and specificities of Ready-to-Wear Operations to technology teams to ensure alignment between business requirements, chosen solutions, and implementation timelines
  • Identify innovation opportunities suited to operational challenges and team workflows
  • Coordinate implementation, deployment, training, and change management initiatives to ensure sustainable team adoption of new solutions
  • Expand Business Intelligence tool deployment by identifying new data scope and onboarding additional teams to their use
  • Animate the Business Intelligence user community, fostering best practice sharing and supporting team capability building
  • Co-design operational and strategic Key Performance Indicators with business and technology teams in response to Ready-to-Wear Operations priorities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus five years of education (engineering school or business school graduation)
  • First professional experience beyond internship or apprenticeship
  • Excellent understanding of information system mechanisms, including PLM, Orliweb, production planning systems, and Anaplan
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities with strong listening capacity
  • Demonstrated project management competency, analytical thinking, and proactive initiative-taking
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Sensitivity to and knowledge of the fashion industry and ready-to-wear market
  • Fluent English and French (written and spoken); basic Italian highly desirable
  • Prior experience in product operations or IT, ideally within the luxury or fashion sector
